职位: Game Producer/Project Manager游戏制作人/项目经理
岗位描述：
1．指导并协调平台上的游戏产品；
2．监控产品最终质量，负责产品的策划及预算，保证目标的实现；
3．负责游戏产品的开发方式的传授；
4．组织与协调团队与国内国外游戏开发团队的交流。
任职要求：
1．一流学府本科学历以上，两年以上项目管理及团队管理经验；
2．熟练掌握2D/3D产品;
3．了解各种艺术风格并且能够遵循项目需要的艺术路线;
4．了解游戏软件的制作过程；
5．了解游戏产品制作工具及流程；
6．自我激励意识及极强的责任感；
7．英文听说流利。

Job Description
1 Supervise and coordinate production of games on a number of platforms.
2 Take responsibility for final quality, planning and budget of production and ensure that such objectives are met.
3 Ensure that Game production methods are known and used by all team members.
4 Manage communication and coordinate game production team with other teams in and out of China.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above for leading University, with at least 2 years experience in project management, including team supervision.
2. Good working knowledge of 2D/3D production;
3. Strong conceptual and creative skills;
4. Understanding of how game software is made.
5. Knowledge of game production tools and production pipeline.
6. Self-motivated and responsible individual, as demonstrated by past achievements in previous jobs.
7. Excellent English communication skill and ability to make presentations to foreign clients.
