Product Marketing Mgr(server&storage)
1. Develop & execute product marketing activities
Ensure product roadmaps meet regional requirements
Execute timely and smooth transitions of new products
Manage product or customer experience issues until EOL (end of life)
2. Provide sales education and support
New product training
Product positioning and coaching
Competitive info communication
Product questions, sales messaging and launch activities
Active in development of specific training programs
3.Develop strategies & action plan with Segment Marketing & Sales to drive business performance
Working closely with the Segment marketing teams to develop strategy & sales programs that deliver quarterly financial goals
Advising segment with marcom content and timing from a product perspective
Assisting segment with promotion & bundle solutions development
Ensuring effective new product launch activities are in place
4. Responsible for competitive information
Be aware of and track products competing against ***product line
Develop sales messaging to assist in selling against competitive products
Feedback to PG and AP Executive teams on roadmap product gaps versus competitive offerings
Assist in developing ad-hoc vendor marketing funds requests as needed to meet competitive disadvantages
5. Act as key contact to WW PG (Product Group) for all core teams and marketing issues

6. Act as key CCC extended team functional marketing lead to ensure effective product launches/mgmt.

7. Responsible for reporting on product performance;
Weekly financial performance status and recovery actions
Quarterly plans & status
Recovery analysis and ad hoc programs development
Presenting incremental product opportunities
8.Responsible for online product content
Work with Online teams to ensure timely and accurate product technical information on the Dell websites
Regular audits of online content
9. Ensure positive product reviews
Conduct media briefings on new product launches
Manage eval unit process through WW PG and Regional factory
Work with Corporate Communications to identify and close on product review opportunities
Assist in reactive messaging as needed from media requests
