职位: Game Producer/Project Manager游戏制作人/项目经理
岗位描述：
1．指导并协调平台上的游戏产品；
2．监控产品最终质量，负责产品的策划及预算，保证目标的实现；
3．负责游戏产品的开发方式的传授；
4．组织与协调团队与国内国外游戏开发团队的交流。
任职要求：
1．一流学府本科学历以上，两年以上项目管理及团队管理经验；
2．熟练掌握2D/3D产品;
3．了解各种艺术风格并且能够遵循项目需要的艺术路线;
4．了解游戏软件的制作过程；
5．了解游戏产品制作工具及流程；
6．自我激励意识及极强的责任感；
7．英文听说流利。
Job Description:
1. Supervise and coordinate production of games on a number of platforms.
2.Take responsibility for final quality, planning and budget of production and ensure that such objectives are met.
3. Ensure that Game production methods are known and used by all team members.
4. Manage communication and coordinate game production team with other teams in and out of China.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above for leading University, with at least 2 years experience in project management, including team supervision.
2. Good working knowledge of 2D/3D production;
3. Strong conceptual and creative skills;
4. Understanding of how game software is made.
5. Knowledge of game production tools and production pipeline.
6. Self-motivated and responsible individual, as demonstrated by past achievements in previous jobs.
7. Excellent English communication skill and ability to make presentations to foreign clients.
