Description: Oracle – HRMS

Job Title: Senior Consultant/Manager

Description:

Be knowledgeable, at a overall level and in the overall functionality of Oracle HRMS components. Understand the business issues and processes of the client organization within the Oracle Human Resources and Payroll areas. Be able to work closely with Director in team management.
The more important to him is leadership in the team.
Job Responsibilities:

- Gain a mastery of Oracle HRMS functionalities. Transfer knowledge to other team members.
- Establish a good working relationship with other HR/Payroll team members.
- Make decisions (and escalate when necessary) relating to HR/Payroll that may affect the organization.
- Gather and define the functional requirements for HR/Payroll.
- Analyze and configure the HR/Payroll components in Oracle.
- Develop detailed scripts that will be used for testing the configuration.
- Execute test scripts and clearly document the test results.
- Assist to resolve problem in project and make the final decision.

Job Requirements:
- Have 2-3 years team management experience with a middle size consulting team and project management;
- Demonstrate an understanding of Industry-wide HR/Payroll vision.
- Have in-depth knowledge of China’s standard HR/Payroll business processes.
- Have knowledge of Oracle Human Resource System and detailed functionality.
- Have previous Oracle HR/Payroll implementation experience. Implementation experience based on China legislation is preferred but not required.
- Must be an effective communicator and able to organize a team to operate well
- Must reasonable English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.
