Senior Test Engineer
Position Description:
Senior Test Engineer participates to project design for testing to improve manufacturing capability, implementation of new test technology and optimise product test engineering implementation schedules on factory side.
Technical Focus:
-Participate actively and understand technical solutions of projects and actively drive them to meet factory requirements.
-Support project in design of new test hardware/software and improve reliability and performance.
-Create processes to improve new and existing projects testing capabilities, utilization and yield in factory.
-Lead a implementation of new test technology/HW. Support project teams in NPI's and lead test engineering activities.
Requirements:
-M.Sc/B.Sc. in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or comparable.
-Not less than 7（5） years experience in test engineering or equivalent in telecommunications R&D and/or manufacturing. Experience in R&D is an advantage (board/layout/component/mechanics design)
-Independent, creative and dynamic work style is needed. Good analytical thinking and decision making required in the work.
-Programming experience in C/C++, LabWindows, CVI is preferred.
-Knowledge of manufacturing, test systems and RF(GSM/WCDMA/GPRS) are must. 6-sigma certificate is advantage.
-Good understanding of electronics and electro-mechanics is required. Mechanics design experience is advantage.
-Project lead or management experience is advantage.
-Good written and spoken English required.
-Readiness for international travelling. Experience of travelling advantage.
