Job Title: Senior Consulting Manager-Utilities Industry

Location: Shanghai or Beijing

Description:
- Support MD to develop the business in Utility industry;
- Manage a team around 7-10 consultants;
- Work together with MD to do business development;
- Deliver project as engagement manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tasks planning, conduct management meetings with senior manager above in banks.
- Apply professional business and technical knowledge in day to day client meetings, and be responsible for quality and timely deliverables.
- Apply project management skills, ensure teamwork and compliance to project management methodology and approach.
- Support practice development initiatives, assist business development team with preparation of proposals.

Job Requirements:
- 4-6 years experiences in providing consulting services to utility industry clients
- Preferably, 8 or above years of hands on consulting related experience;
- Was responsible to deliver medium to large scale projects;
- Good records in Sales and expertise in management and business of Utilities industry;
- Experienced in team leading
- Entrepreneurship, team-working, and integrity Good written and verbal English language skills and excellent communication skills;
- Willing to travel frequently within China and overseas.
- Open minded, willing to learn, value integrity and professionalism
