Job Description:
Set up system of financial control/MIS/Report across Shanghai office and other different locations in liaison with Singapore H/O; Due Diligence of projects; Investment appraisals to selected projects; Guarantee new project goes smoothly in finance angle; Responsible for tax planning/the key contact with taxation; Financial team management & implement motivation of the team and respect of the procedures;
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, with major in finance,
2.At lease 10 years finance experience and 3 years CFO position in Real Estate industry, Due Diligence experience of big projects is preferred;
3.Result oriented attitude;
4.Good command of English both in oral and written;
5.Related professional certificates are required
6.good communication and coordination skill
