Job title: Services Delivery Manager

Reporting to: Client Services Manager, Asia
Duties & Responsibilities the employee is expected to perform:
Position Description:
- Effectively manage Services Group to achieve profit targets
- Build strong consultative relationships with Consulting and Customer Support units
- Build and lead a cohesive and successful services team. Foster and motivate staff to achieve professional objectives.
- Ensure high quality output by the team
- Develop, review and maintain the schedule to ensure service demand coverage and to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues.
- Ensure high quality output by developing and monitoring appropriate processes
- Prepare weekly reports to Client Services Manager regarding status of the e-Services operation including non-billable work, billed work and progress to targets.
- Develop a constructive relationship with Sales Managers in order to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction and in order to solve problems effectively.
- Prepare budgets and track actual performance taking remedial action where necessary
Qualification, skills and experience required:
Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering etc.
- 10 or more years in Project management
- Experienced coach/manager of team based operations
- Ability to resolve large and complex Project administration
- Good conceptual ability and skills in analysis and technical problem solving
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to grasp customer system requirements
- Competent technical and operational ERP user
- Competency in developing and controlling budgets and schedules
- Knowledge of universal business processes
- Good knowledge of [CLIENT] products
