Job Description:
- Manages all aspects of the GDC operation to meet growth target and financial goals
- Accepts full responsibility for client/contract matters
- Manages budget, expenses, receivables, and other costs over a sustained period
- Build, Develop and grow a high performance, high discipline management team
- Build, Develop and grow a high capable delivery team
- Effectively communicates within and to outside of the organization
- Creates a positive working environment where everyone has a passion to excel and an opportunity to contribute
- Ensures personal and organization compliance with policies and procedures
- Drives operation efficiency.
- Demonstrate experience in managing the daily operations of a GDC organization of 800+
- Demonstrate experience in a development center environment
- Global in mindset
- Demonstrate IT knowledge / experience
- Demonstrate client service delivery competencies
- Manages engagements with strict cost control and delivers designated engagement realization
- Leads the organization moving up to the value chain by creating reusable component and industry solution
- Develops new service offering and expands GDC to new business areas.
