• Responsibilities:
1. An active member of the Global Technical Services engagement team alongside with the sellers to win in client opportunities
2. Collect customer requirements and use standardized/reusable components in solutions
3. Through the design of quality proposals that address client needs with IBM’s solution and value proposition, in language that the client understands and solution that our Delivery team are equipped to fulfill
4. Sell the technical/business merits of our proposed solutions to our clients and provide sales/marketing support for events and solution packaging
• Desired Skills/Experience
1. 8+ years of working experience
2. More experience in IT Services Plan
3. More experience in Designing solutions based on SPL(Services Product Line) modules
4. Contribute to asset-based solutions and delivery methodology into proposals
5. Create sales kits/portal for the sellers of S&D(Sales & Distribution) and GTS(Global Technical Services)
6. Deliver sales education to the sellers of S&D(Sales & Distribution) and GTS(Global Technical Services)
7. Work with STG(System Technology Group),SWG(Software Group) and GBS(Global Business Services) to design total IBM solutions that meet clients’ needs
8. Work with 3rd party solution vendors to design solutions
9. Create and maintain a solution/technical community within Solution Design Team and Delivery Team
10. Good at both Chinese and English, speaking and written
11. Bachelor or above
