Compensation Analyst 薪酬分析师 (2 headcounts)
Position Requirements:
1) Overseas study background,Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
2) Strong analytical, creative and problem solving skills
3) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)
4) Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
Sample Responsibilities:
1) Analyze competitive levels of compensation
2) Research compensation markets across all industries and geographies
3) Participate in salary surveys, benchmark jobs to market, and create salary ranges using industry best practices
4) Assist in performing job evaluations
5) Conduct trend analysis on employer pay practices
6) Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs
7) Present compensation information on our dynamic, high-traffic web site
