Manpower China: SAP Project Manager/Senior SAP Project Manager

SAP Project Manager

- Determines, monitors and reviews all project activities including project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, project resources and project risk.
- Identifies appropriate blend of resources and additional resources to meet project needs and requirements.
- Formulates contingency plans to address schedule revision, work effort adjustments, fund allocations and work requirements.
- Controls project requirements, scope and change management issues.
- Meets with client to review project scope/progress and resolve project issues.
- Coaches and mentors team
- Produces project metrics for measuring key project criteria.
- Project tracking
- Project reporting ie PreSage, 4-UP and e-Request
- Project governance from a delivery perspective
- SDP or equivalent PM Methodology

Senior SAP Project Manager

- Coordinates a matrixed team(s) activities to manage and implement interrelated projects
- Participates in Program Steering committee meetings with stakeholders
- Project Governance
- Overall ownership of financial and project deliverables
- Participate in process improvement initiatives i.e. development, deploy and execution
- Participate in project review and sign-off
- Review project reports ie Dashboard, 4UP, schedule, cost model etc
- Escalation point for PM’s and client interface for the program of work at a regional level.
