30 to 40 years old with bachelor degree.
Qualification certificate of Secretary of the Board required by stock listing companies is a must.
Have more than three years experience as secretary of the Board or with financial, legal and management experiences in home or aboard listed companies.
Have the expertise and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations about IPO both home and aboard; be familiar with the process and the overall operation of home or abroad listed companies
Good professional ethics and personal qualities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
With a high level of language skills, good spoken English and translation capabilities.
Intermediate skill on Windows; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
Be able to travel often times.
Highly responsible and quick response.
Can work under pressure.
