Dear all:
I am the owner of one of Expatriate Household Services
Agency here in Shanghai. My company has been running for one year successfully here since last June.
Well, regarding to my business, actually we have been running for one year successfully here since last June. The company mainly targets on those Shanghai expatriate family and we are mainly providing of all range of household services on our clients. To make it clear, we actually are agency which will sent a-yi to our client home to do housekeeping, household chores like cooking, washing, and ironing, go shopping etc, take care of baby or child. Or send the drivers to our client. We will sign a formal contract between three parties, then we will charge commission fees from both employer and employee. However, what we will emphases on is that we will provide after-sale check and following-up services to our client to best satisfy them. To know their special needs and then provide match-up or an individualized service is our competitive advantage or competency.
The business can be expanded into expatriates networking services, home teaching services, mandarin teaching, traveling guild, body guard, senior chamberlain services. Entertainment services, translating services,etc.
The firm has a stable income with very good penetration on the niche market. However, due to personal Career development reason, I would like to sell it wholly to potential Investors or entrepreneurs who might be interested in to take it over.
