Job Summary:
• Supervise whole requisition to pay process and make decision to ensure high quality products.
• Communicate with local controllers and provide reports for internal control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise & review payment process for internal and external vendor to ensure making accurate payment on time.
• Maintain bank reconciliation and resolve issues encountered.
• Supervise journals and communicate with related personnel.
• Provide reports to meet internal control requirement
• Analyze and summarize issues to make the improvements of services or processes.
• Assist with the resolution of queries from host countries relating to payment or outstanding invoices.
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by RTP team lead.
Qualifications:
• Education: Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance or related major
• Work Experience: 2+ year’s experience
• PC Skill: Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook
• English: Writing, reading and hearing- Intermediate to advanced
• Work requirements: The incumbency will be based in in Dalian
