职位描述；
•在对日外包软件开发项目中起到与日方沟通的桥梁作用；
•在中小型项目中负责从项目估计，需求分析，基本设计，详细设计，编码到测试的全过程的管理和协调；以及大型项目中的 sub-leader；
- Responsible for communicating with Japanese customer in Japanese outsourcing software development project
- Responsible for managing full-lifecycle activities in small project, including project estimation, requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing, or working as sub-leader in large scale project.
职位要求；
• 日语1级(或相当)，日语能够流利地听说读写；
• 4年以上软件开发经验，其中2年以上项目管理或BridgeSE经验；
• 很强的团队工作能力和沟通技巧；
• 对以下至少一种技能具备丰富的开发经验：
• J2EE；
• .NET；
• C/C++；
• Oracle/SQL-Server；
• 具备在日本工作经验者优先；
• 具有OO设计/开发经验，及电信，制造等行业知识和经验的优先；
• 能适应20%--30%左右的出差；
-Fluent Japanese communication skill in both writing and verbal, JLPT-1 or equivalent level is must.
-At least 4 years experience in software development, minimum 2 years as project management or BridgeSE.
-At least has abundant developement experience in one of following skills:
•J2EE；
•.NET；
•C/C++；
•Oracle/SQL-Server.
-Working experience in Japan is a plus.
-Experience in object-oriented design/development, and business knowledge or experiences in Industry like Telecom,Manufacture is a plus
-Willing to take bussiness trip about 20%-30% working time.
