Job Title: Business Operation Manager
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities
• Liaison across various functional organizations and the APAC team;
• Lead the APAC revenue chain and working capital management activities;
• Establish and track key business performance metrics;
• Lead APAC sales calls;
• Ensure IT interfaces for Sales, Customer Support and financial tracking and reporting;
• Lead process improvement efforts in the APAC business team
• Assist with AOP deployment, achievement, gap closure activities;
• Other business support issue as needed.
Requirements
• Multinational company working experience
• Outstanding language capability, overseas study or working experience preferred
• Major in Business, MBA preferred
• Business administration experience, including sales operation, marketing, Finance ,IT, etc
• APAC Regional experience preferred
• Good communication, coordination skills

Job Title: Customer Account Leader
Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities
• The key customer owner for all activities relative to revenue growth and customer satisfaction, in support of assigned key Airline accounts in China;
• Lead cross-functional teams to maximize company revenue, bookings and customer satisfaction;
• Demonstrate the ability to win deals independently through keen business acumen, the ability to develop strong customer relationships at all levels of the organization, and strong product knowledge breadth and depth;
• Drive sales programs, develop account and capture strategies integrated with applicable product line programs;
• Requires complete ownership of the customer interface and the ability to advocate the customer’s position within the overall framework of appropriate business and fiscal guidelines;
• Support development of product line strategies to maximize company content on various airframe platforms;
• Work effectively with company business, sales, support and functional leadership and other personnel to drive the tactical and strategic aspects of a deal;
• Possess real-time knowledge of events at the customer and be able to quickly document key events in ATLAS so as to provide management with up-to-date information;
• Maintain milestones and Customer Operating Plans for specific accounts;
• Drive customer satisfaction, participate in customer business reviews, develop strong work relationships with company field service personnel and internal support personnel with the ability to create a high performance team that meets and exceeds the customers’ expectations.
Requirements
• Negotiations: Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups, can win concessions without damaging relationships, gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations, able to close sales deals
• Customer Knowledge: Knowledge of the customers, key players in the organization, strategic direction, etc
• Product Knowledge: Breadth and depth of product knowledge, for both Electrical and Mechanical Commercial Transport products, with the ability to understand, identify and clearly articulate specific value propositions relative to the competition. Ability to construct multiple product proposals, indicating potential system and services integration concepts and benefits
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knows when and how to communicate to optimize potential for success with customers and internal to company. Must be a good listener
• Team Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build teams with internal and external customers with differing views. Ability and desire to seek win-win solutions
• Impact / Influence: Ability to influence outside of one’s sphere of control
• Business Acumen: Mature business and financial acumen to discern risks/opportunities of key strategic programs at customers and company.
• Leadership: Experience to overcome obstacles, succeed in the face of diversity, and deal with ambiguity. Must know how to effectively influence and lead others across functions to get things done
• Minimum Years Experience: 5 – 10 years of related experience. Demonstrated success in sales execution. Direct sales experience, customer interface, and cross-functional product line experience a plus
• Major Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing/Sales or technically related field. MBA desirable.
