1. Introduction:
mining area is up to 1.22 square kilometers; elevation is 1,280 ~ 1,180 meter; depth of burial is 0~190 meter.
2. Coal bed :
Coal bed consists of 5 layers. From top to bottom, marked as A,B,C,D,E.
A, B are partial stable coal seams and are partially minable.
C, D, E are stable coal seams and entire seams are minable.
Minable thickness for A: 1.6m～1.8m
Minable thickness for B: 2.5m
Minable thickness for C: 2.5m
Minable thickness for D: 2.3m
Minable thickness for E: 1.9m～2.0m
4. Quality of coal
It is excellent gas-fat. It is perfect candidate for coking plant and power station.
Heat productivity range is 6,000~6,500 kilocalorie per kilogram.
5 .Total reserves:
Geological reserves is 16 million ton, minable reserves is 12 million ton.
6. Other features
a. All mining-related licenses/exequatur/warrant/permit are issued, certified.
b. Product appeals to the local market; well head price is $42 per ton.
7. Investment/profit analysis
Preliminary transfer price is 12 million, it includes resources, means coal price is $1 per ton
Invest to produce 0.6 million ton/year, shaft building cycle will be one year, total investment in construction is about 25 million, net profit is 12-13 million per year, it is about 2-3 years to recoup the capital.
