Position：VP, Facility and EHS
主要工作内容及职责 Main Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for facility and EHS management of the Company
Facility Function:
1. Prepare annual facility budget and submit it to sr. management for approval before execution
2. Monitor and ensure budgeted costs are maintained and provide with the justifications if any variances occur
3. Lead the whole team to provide nice facility services to the whole company ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all factories and offices
4. Lead and involve in key facility projects like water process system, building system and so on
5. Provide advices and suggestions when major or complex facility maintenance problems occur
6. Review facility maintenance data and strive for continuous improvement.
7. Perform any other non-specific job-related duties as requested by the Company.
EHS Function：
1. In charge of building maintenance and some business mission in the EHS department
2. Ensure that all legislative and corporate requirements are implemented and maintained at plant level
3. Maintain and review the site’s Environmental Management System (EMS) to the standards required under ISO 14001 and maintain relevant certification
4. Ensure that necessary resources (financial and personnel) are identified to provide for the maintenance of a high-quality Integrated EHS Management System
5. Provide regular Management reviews of the Integrated EHS Management System in line with the concept of continuous improvement, and provide suitable measurements for the site’s EHS program at both plant and departmental level, ensuring such measurements are integrated into the Site’s key goals and targets.
6. Determine the impact of corporate and regulatory requirements, and develop strategies to meet such requirements that also best support site and division goals and objectives. Final authority on regulatory issues and participate in strategic evaluation of goals and objectives.
7. Negotiate with regulatory authorities on EHS-related issues.
8. Supervise EHS personnel and consultants as needed to implement EHS program
"任职资格条件
及技能要求 Position Requirements"
1. Bachelor degree and above in engineering.
2. At least 15 years’ experience in facility and EHS functions of semiconductor or large chemical plants with very high level requirements on both functions.
3. Possess a high level of personal integrity, interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Excellent command of English, analytical and strong interpersonal skills.
