Key Responsibilities:

l Credit risk management processes and infrastructure

l Quantitative methods and tools supporting credit risk measurement

l Financial product/derivatives valuation and operations

l Operational risk (basel II requirements and industry practices)

l Undertake research into capital, stress testing and RAROC methodologies and statistically based portfolio management techniques and recommend, implement and manage the chosen methodologies.

l Support the validation and enhancement of PD, LGD and EAD methodologies that comply with the requirements of the New basel Capital Accord.

l Develop and implement counterparty risk measurement and management policies, procedures and reporting;

l Develop and implement quality control and efficiency measures in data sources and processes.

Financial Services Industry consulting (FSI) unit is a specialty advisory practice that provides integrated market, credit and operational risk management as well as regulatory, process improvement, and treasury advisory services to financial institutions and other capital markets participants. FSI includes individuals who are industry, client and product specialists as well as quantitative, regulatory, project management and technology professionals. All these professionals work together to coordinate the delivery of value-added advisory services to a variety of clients. These include commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurance companies and energy trading companies
