Orientation is not training. But that is not something they have to send you overseas for. Provided by internal or external providers doesn’t make difference as long as your department is being charged for that training. Besides, I don’t think you want to get into that kind legal argument. The point that I am trying to make is that you have to feel comfortable about the company. If this is something you can’t let go, take the walk. You can always make money somewhere else.
